Andy Bruce is the founder and chief executive of Softools—a UK-based business solutions company. He has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors to enable senior management visibility and control, and sustained performance improvement. He has coauthored several DK Essential Managers books, including Project Management and Strategic Thinking. He is also an affiliate lecturer at Henley Management College.
