For the first time, collect the definitive saga of Ghost in two oversized trade paperback graphic novel collections.

Elisa Cameron is dead—murdered in cold blood. One intrepid reporter will not stop until she finds the perpetrator, even if it means crawling through the depths of hell to do it. That reporter is Elisa Cameron herself, risen from the grave as the spectral avenger Ghost!

She won’t rest in peace until she delivers a double dose of .45 caliber retribution to the wicked criminals who killed her. Ghost’s journey to the truth follows a dark, twisted path through the mean streets and corrupt towers of Arcadia, and the revelations she unearths may not lead to redemption, but damnation. Nothing is as it seems and mystery abounds!

Ghost: Compendium Volume 1 collects over a thousand pages of story, including the entirety of series one of Ghost. A complex tangle of mystery, vengeance, eroticism, and absolution, Ghost pushes the definition of “hero” to the bleeding edge and is delivered by master storytellers featuring screenwriter Eric Luke, and superstar artists Adam Hughes, Terry Dodson, Ivan Reis, Jason Pearson, John Cassaday, Randy Emberlin, and Tony Harris!

This massive tome includes Comics Greatest World: Arcadia Week 3: Ghost, Ghost Special #1, Ghost (series one) #1–#12, A Decade of Dark Horse #2, Ghost (series one) #13–#36, Ghost Special #2 and #3, and Dark Horse Presents #145–#147.
Eric Luke was born on 17 December 1956 in Los Altos Hills, California, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for Explorers (1985), Xyber 9: New Dawn (1999) and Dark Ages (1977). Eric wrote comics for the characters Ghost and Wonder Woman, and wrote and directed the Not Quite Human films for Disney TV.

Adam Hughes is an American comics artist and illustrator most commonly known for his stylized renderings of women; super heroines, damsels in distress, figures in fantasy. About the time Adam began making waves in art circles and his artwork really began to be noticed, the term "Good Girl Art" had been coined, and it best describes exactly what Adam does. He is considered by many to be one of a new generation of Good Girl artists inspired by Petty, Vargas and Elvgren. He is well known for his cover work on titles such as Wonder Woman and Catwoman.

Matt Haley: The son of a renowned portrait artist, Matt was drawn to art from the time he could hold a pencil. By age 16, he was already creating his own comic books, and garnered his first professional comic art assignment drawing “Star Trek” for DC Comics at age 20, which led to a long career illustrating the likes of “Batgirl”, “Superman” and “Wonder Woman” for DC, as well as “Iron Man” and “The Defenders” for Marvel and other best-selling comics for numerous other publishers including the legendary “Ghost” for Dark Horse.

Ivan Reis is a comic book artist born in 1976 in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil. He started his U.S. career in the '90s, on Ghost and The Mask for Dark Horse. After pencilling an issue of THE INVISIBLES for Grant Morrison, he started a long run on Lady Death for Chaos Comics, then did The Avengers and The Vision, with Geoff Johns, for Marvel. In 2004 Reis began to work exclusively for DC. After illustrating such high-profile series as ACTION COMICS, INFINITE CRISIS and RANN-THANAGAR WAR, he started his now legendary run on GREEN LANTERN. Continuing his work with Johns, Reis pencilled the best-selling series BLACKEST NIGHT and BRIGHTEST DAY.

Doug Braithwaite: Starting his career at Marvel UK and 2000AD, Doug quickly made the leap across the Atlantic and has worked for mainly DC and Marvel comics for the last 20 years. Doug has made such comics for Marvel comics as Secret Invasion Thor, written by Matt Fraction. A Brave and the Bold 4-issue arc starting issue #19, written by David Hine. God-sized Thor written by Matt Fraction. Wolverine Origins, written by Daniel Way.

Randy Emberlin has spent the past 30 years working in a variety of creative fields. Whether as an illustrator of educational books or an animator on over 50 television commercials, he has made his presence felt through style and sensibilities.

Over the last 20 years he is probably best known for his work as an inker in comics, with a resume that includes long runs on Amazing Spider-man, GI Joe, Doctor Strange, Alien Legion, Ghost and recently the Left Behind series for Wildstorm. He has worked with a wide range of pencilers and has many distinctive styles that fans are well acquainted with.

Terry Dodson is an Oregon-based creator known for working on Harley Quinn, Spider-Man, Star Wars, Superman, Wonder Woman, the X-Men, the Avengers, Count Chocula and currently the Image Comics series RED ONE with Xavier Dorison and ADVENTUREMAN! with Matt Fraction.

Terry works with his wife, Rachel, who adds her talented inking to his work.
