Macus Romero estudió Arquitectura en la Universidade da Coruña, y después Bellas Artes en la Complutense de Madrid. Entre 2008 y 2010 trabajó en el estudio de arquitectura y escenografía de Domenico Prati. Ha ilustrado libros de texto, literatura infantil y juvenil y carteles. En 2009 realizó el mural de la biblioteca pública de Soutomaior (Pontevedra). Es miembro del Estudio Baobab de A Coruña.
