This innovative, interactive trace-and-flip book, is the perfect companion book to Tiger Tales' bestselling A is for Apple book of the alphabet.
Children will discover letter tracks to trace to learn the letter formations of each first word, as well as flaps to lift and bright, bold illustrations.
This engaging board book will help children:
Learn first words and how to write them as they trace
Practice hand-eye coordination as they lift the flap on each page
Stay entertained on road trips and airplane rides!
To reinforce learning, caregivers are encouraged to help children trace each word; point to each picture while reading the words; and practice hand-eye coordination as they lift the flap on each page.
Patricia Hegarty began working in children's publishing more years ago than she cares to remember! As an editor she has worked on titles ranging from atlases to animal pop-ups, craft kits to crazy mazes, and sticker books to secret diaries.
Summer Macon was born in a little bitty town in the wild west of southern New Mexico. She quickly became known as the girl who would doodle on every piece of paper in class and write notes on her homework to her teacher proclaiming her name was now “Tiger” (and yes, would actually sign her papers that way).
She now goes by her real name and lives in an even smaller itty bitty town (population 32) in an even wilder place in southern Colorado.
In the summertime (Summer enjoys the summer and not the winter), you can find her rock climbing, mountain biking, or doodling on her contracts. She lives with her loving husband and two extremely goofy dogs who help her run their cute little 2-acre farm.
