Uma Dinsmore-Tuli is a writer, visionary, yogini, Yoga Nidra advocate and teacher, and an eco and feminist activist. She works internationally, sharing yoga retreats, trainings and empowerments that support the natural arising of prana shakti: the power of life. Since 21 she has trained over 1, specialist teachers in Total Yoga Nidra, women's yoga and therapeutic yoga for pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery. Nirlipta Tuli is a qualified yoga teacher and clinical hypnotherapist, and co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network. Nirlipta is interested in the therapeutic applications of yoga nidra for insomnia and sleep-related issues, lucid dreaming, dealing with stress, enhancing productivity and pain-related issues. Much of this has been informed by his own experience, using yoga nidra to manage his cardiomyopathy, autism and insomnia.
