John Walker, the U.S.Agent, makes his forceful presence felt as the newest member of the West Coast Avengers! Taskmaster’s formidable array of skills are put to the test by the awesome assemblage of Captain America and Power Pack! And Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, has wisdom to pass on to Patriot — and stolen stuff to recover from Hydra!

Devin Grayson is best known for her award-winning work on DC’s Batman books — including Batman: Gotham Knights, a title she created, and Nightwing. She has also worked at Marvel on X-Men: Evolution, as well as penning Black Widow and Ghost Rider miniseries for Marvel Knights. She has had an essay published in She’s Such a Geek: Women Write About Science, Technology and Other Nerdy Stuff, scripted an MMORPG, and written several articles about her experience with insulin-dependent diabetes and her Dogs4Diabetics-trained medical-alert dog, Cody.

John Byrne has worked continuously in the comics industry as both writer and artist since 1975. After he initially collaborated with writer Chris Claremont on Iron Fist, Byrne and Claremont moved on to X-Men for a run still regarded as one of the title’s finest. Byrne contributed an equally famed stint on Fantastic Four, earning comparisons to the original Lee/Kirby issues for his imaginative plotlines and dynamic artwork. He also spun Alpha Flight into its own title. In 1986, he revamped DC’s flagship hero, Superman, reimagining the Man of Steel in a historic project heralded by a Time magazine cover. His remarkable contribution to the Marvel Universe extends to memorable associations with virtually every major hero, including celebrated runs on Captain America, Iron Man, Sensational She-Hulk, Namor the Sub-Mariner and Thing. In the 21st century, Byrne’s considerable body of work includes IDW’s Star Trek and Angel.

Marc Sumerak began his career at Marvel as an assistant editor; he has written Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four and several Power Pack limited series. Sumerak has been nominated for Eisner and Harvey awards for his work on Franklin Richards: Son of a Genius.

Gurihiru is a Japanese illustration team comprising artists Sasaki and Kawano. They are based in the city of Sapporo, Japan. The pair has worked on several Marvel Comics titles — including the various Power Pack limited series, Marvel Double Shot, Marvel Age Fantastic Four and Gus Beezer & Spider-Man. In addition to drawing A-Babies vs. X-Babies, they also contributed to the Secret Wars: Secret Love one-shot.

Paco Medina has illustrated a range of Marvel Comics — including New X-Men: Academy X, Captain Marvel, Thor, Venom, Marvel Team-Up, New Mutants and New Warriors, as well as relaunches of Deadpool and X-Men. Firmly established as a Marvel mainstay, Medina has enjoyed lengthy runs on Ultimate Comics X-Men, Nova and Legendary Star-Lord, as well as a major role in the Avengers storyline “No Surrender.”

French artist Geoffo collaborated on Pax Arena and The Pandas Show for Mark Waid’s digital-comics site Thrillbent. Geoffo, a graduate from animation school L.I.S.A.A., won the Reader’s Choice Award at the Stumptown Comicfest for his work on Vic Boone for 215 Ink, also chosen as one of IGN’s Best Series of 2011. Geoffo, with fellow French artist Mast is helping Marvel push the boundaries of digital innovation with Infinite Comics including Iron Man: Fatal Frontier, Amazing Spider-Man: Who Am I?, Original Sin: Secret Avengers, Thanos: A God Up There Listening and All-New Captain America: Fear Him.
