From self-taught, award-winning director Morgan Cooper comes a picture book about a girl determined to make her first movie.
Norah Rose loves movies. Action, comedy, drama… you name it! She wants to be a director, but she's a long, long way from Hollywood. Lately, her grandpa hasn't been feeling well and could use some cheering up, so Norah decides to make a movie for him because he loves movies just as much as she does. Norah borrows Mom's iPhone to film, and she'll need a script, a cast, a crew, and some beautiful Kansas City locations. There's a lot of work to do, but Norah knows her movie will be fire!
In this inspirational how-to story, self-starter film director Morgan Cooper shows readers how to make a movie from scratch, with bright, playful artwork from Geneva Bowers.
