In this wickedly funny and suspenseful sequel to the award-winning The Doll People, Annabelle Doll and Tiffany Funcraft come face to face with Mean Mimi, an evil princess doll, who threatens to take over all of doll world.

Annabelle and Tiffany are best friends who've enjoyed a heap of adventure and mystery since they met in the Palmers house at 26 Wetherby Lane. When they accidentally hitch a ride to Kate's school in her backpack, the dolls find themselves in a wholly unfamiliar world. They decide to make the best of their predicament by exploring the school, but when an attempt to return home lands them in the wrong house, their first foray beyond the safety of the dollhouse quickly becomes a dangerous and exhilarating adventure. While Annabelle and Tiffany are lucky enough to meet a host of new doll friends, they also encounter Mean Mimi, who sees herself as Queen of All Dolls. How will they find their way back home . . . and how much trouble will follow them? In this masterfully plotted sequel, best-selling and critically acclaimed Ann M. Martin and Laura Godwin take listeners on another exhilarating adventure from a dolls-eye view!
