My librarian friend from Queensboro Library recently mentioned on FaceBook that she visited a local bookstore for some holiday shopping. The only problem was that she became so engrossed in advising fellow shoppers in the children’s section which books she was SURE their nieces, nephews, & grandchildren were sure to LOVE she nearly didn’t get her own shopping accomplished!
