A colleague shared a fun website the other day that I thought would be of particular interest to our librarian readers: www.fictfact.com. Perfect for finding the next book in a fiction series, or most popular series by genre, you can search by series name, author, popularity, etc. There is a Book Release Calendar and a list of the 100 most popular series. You can also follow your favorite series and get notified when books are added. Pretty cool. Definitely a fun site for readers and a cool cheat sheet for collection development librarians. Take a peek when you have a chance. Of course, many of you may know all about this and will be saying “where has she been?” I wouldn’t be surprised to be late to the party. What other new reading sites am I missing out on? Please share your favorites.
