Spotted circulating around the Internet: GAME OF THRONES Monopoly. I say if you have a printer, your library should have a game night. (via Vulture)

George RR Martin is the new face of Real Estate

What other books could we make Monopoly for? (besides Harry Potter) Lots of settings and a sizable cast of characters, right? … The Passage? All China Mieville novels? Devil in the White City?

  • You could make one for Michael Scott’s -The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series! Tons of great characters in there, Nicholas & Perenelle Flamel, Dr John Dee, Niccolo Machiavelli et al and lots of locations to choose from, London, Paris, Stonehenge, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz.

  • The secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel.

  • I’d love to see a monopoly board for The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series by Michael Scott.

  • I think the Michael Scott The Secrets of the Immortal Nicolas Flamel series would make a perfect Monopoly game. Lots of rich characters and places that can be adapted to the game board quite easily. Plus there are descriptive fantasy as well as real locations that would make beautiful backgroud. I would love to buy Hekate’s Shadowrealm while moving my Pernelle’s whip token around the board.

  • I’d love to see a Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel Monopoly game! Such amazing books, it’d make a great game.

(Although I have no objection to Thronopoly… :D)

  • Definitely the “Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel” series. I have always dreamed of opening up a hotel in Xibalba, and don’t you think it would be awesome to play as a miniature Mars statuette?

  • “The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel” series by Michael Scott has plenty of settings and quite the vast array of cast. What better basis for a game then myth and legend.

  • The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel by Michael Scott would be a perfect fit for Monopoly! Plenty of characters and more than enough locations to fill out the whole board. Real locations like San Francisco, Paris and Ojai and exotic locations like Shadowrealms, the yggdrasil and Danu Talis! Not to mention all the elders and real people from history like Billy the Kid, Virginia Dare and of course Nicholas Flamel!!!!

  • I think that The Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel should be mad into Monopoly. That series is the best series ever!!

  • Lots of settings? Sizable cast of characters? With the myriad Shadowrealms and diverse cast of characters from immortal human – taken off the pages of history like Shakespeare and Niccolo Machiavelli – to those we’ve only heard from myths and legend, the Flamel (Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel) series should definitely be on top of that list.

  • Why not Harry Potter? are there reasons? It would be the best selling game of the decade.

  • I would love to see the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel (Alchemyst, Magician, Sorceress, Necromancer, Warlock) turned into this game!

Think of all the wonderful places and items that could be used!

  • I think that “The Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel” would be an amazing series to make a monopoly game for. You could have The Codex, instead of “Boardwalk” and insteald of the railroads, you could have the four elemental swords, Joyuse, Durandal, Clarent, and Excalaber. You could also have other spaces, like Niddhogg, Bastet, the Morrigan, John Dee, Nicholas Flamel, Sophie Newman, Josh Newman, and many other spaces. I hope that you will consider turning “The Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel” into a game of Monopoly.

  • Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, Iron Fey, Percy Jackson, just to name a few…those would be cool!!!!

  • The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel would make a great monopoly game!

Places could include Alcatraz, San Fransico, London, Stonehenge! The list is endless

  • definitely “The Secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel”. it could be really awesome and it’s full of opportunities to make in to a game out of it
